Whats my conflict?

I am writing the final paper to my conflict class. What is my conflict? The damn employment system in California right now....However I cannot write that. Someone, anyone seriously please kill me if I ever mention getting another damn degree after this. Or at the very least remind how much I hated doing this degree.
